4. Digital Products & Payments

Digital products (e.g., Guides, Blueprints) are delivered electronically upon payment. Due to their nature, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

For consulting and service packages, payment terms will be specified in your proposal. Cancellation policies (e.g., 24-hour notice for scheduled calls) will also be detailed therein.
